How do I connect with my partner?
One partner creates a couple and receives an invite code. Share this code with your partner, and they can join by entering it in the app.
How do I manage my subscription?
Your subscription is managed through the App Store. To view or cancel: Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Baelock.
Can both partners add memories and notes?
Yes! Both partners have full access to add timeline entries, love notes, and plan dates together.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your data is only shared between you and your connected partner. We never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including timeline entries, notes, and photos.
Troubleshooting
The app isn't loading or crashes
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version from the App Store, or try uninstalling and reinstalling.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled: iPhone Settings → Baelock → Notifications → Allow Notifications.
My partner's invite code isn't working
Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive). If it still doesn't work, have your partner generate a new code from Settings.
